Code of Conduct

UTAC firmly believes in conducting business with the highest standard of business ethics and integrity.

Our Code of Conduct sets the standard for how we work together to deliver products and services and build trusted relationships with our customers, suppliers, each other, and other stake holders. All of us at UTAC must abide by the Code of Conduct when conducting UTAC-related business. The Code of Conduct affirms our five principles of conduct:

Conduct Business with Honesty and Integrity
We are committed to corporate social responsibility, EICC standards, and we always provide accurate information to our stakeholders.

Follow the Letter and Spirit of the Law
We are responsible for knowing and following all applicable laws and regulations.

Treat Each Other Fairly
We provide a safe environment for all of our employees and visitors, and we do not tolerate retaliation against employees or partners for communicating concerns.

Avoid Conflicts of Interest
We must avoid any situation where our personal interests conflict, or appear to conflict, with our UTAC obligations.

Protect Company Assets and Reputation
We are responsible to protect UTAC’s physical assets, information, and reputation.
