The UTAC Code of Conduct describes our approach to ethical behaviour and applies to all of our employees and sets expectations for the UTAC Group of companies. The guidelines set forth in the Code of Conduct are mandatory and must be observed by all employees and the non-employee members of our Board of Directors.

UTAC firmly believes in conducting business with the highest standard of business ethics and integrity.
Our Code of Conduct sets the standard for how we work together to deliver products and services and build trusted relationships with our customers, suppliers, each other, and other stake holders. All of us at UTAC must abide by the Code of Conduct when conducting UTAC-related business. The Code of Conduct affirms our five principles of conduct:
