UTAC is committed to comply with local security legislation and internationally recognized security standards to ensure our operating environment is safe and secure for customer products to be securely process, assemble, final test and package back to customer so as to ensure business continuity of UTAC factories by minimizing the risk of loss or damage by preventing security incidents and reducing their potential impact.

UTAC shall protect the organizational assets against all internal, external, deliberate or accidental threats, attacks and vulnerability. We will strive for continual improvement in order to assure that our security management corresponds to changing conditions within the business community.

Our Commitment:

Comply with statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements, third party intellectual property rights, and other applicable regulations and standards.

Confidentiality of information & Security assets will be maintained and protected against any authorized access.

Risk Assessment and procedures are regularly updated to support the policy.

All managers are directly responsible for implementing the policy and ensuring staff compliance in their respective departments.

Security training will be conducted to selected employee based on background security check and they will adhere to confidentiality agreement.

All actual or suspected security breaches will be reported to Security Manager and will be investigated.

Common Criteria EAL 6 standard ISO15408 site level security certifications have been obtained, and are enforced at a subset of our factories.
